Continuing on to the White Elephant House, this residential complex surrounded by the spectacle of the light rail running through the building is a perfect example of the fusion of modernity and antiquity, which makes people stop and look up, marveling at the unique magical charms of the mountain city. Immediately after that, step into the Huguang Guild Hall, where the ancient architectural complex tells the epic poem of the immigrants who filled Sichuan with Huguang, and every brick and tile carries a heavy historical memory.

Stroll to the Dongshuimen City Wall Ruins, the mottled walls witnessed the vicissitudes of Chongqing City, as if you can travel through time and feel the resilience and unyielding. Subsequently, the morning bells and evening drums of Luohan Temple rang out, adding a bit of religious solemnity and peace to this cultural journey.

Finally, at nightfall, arrived at Hongyadong, the lights, hanging footstools built on the mountain, layers upon layers, like a bright night pearl inlaid in the Jialing River, this is not only a sea of food, but also an excellent place to experience the culture of Bayu. After breakfast, we will take you to drive to Wulong, where you will first see the Three Natural Bridges, a World Natural Heritage Site. Here, we can not only enjoy the unique karst landscape, but also leave our footprints at the location of the movie “Transformers 4”, and experience the wonderful feeling of being in the same frame with Hollywood blockbusters.

At lunch time, we will head to a local restaurant to taste the specialties of Wulong. Whether it is the delicious mutton soup pot or the authentic farmhouse dishes, your taste buds will be greatly satisfied and refueled for the afternoon trip.

After a short rest, we will head to Longshui Gorge Earth Slit. This is a deep and long canyon with two chiseled walls and a glimmering sky, as if it were a crack carefully carved by nature. Afterwards, we will go to Fairy Mountain National Forest Park. In the morning, we will drive you to Dazu District and the first thing we will explore is the stone carvings on Baodingshan. Baoding Mountain, a mountain range famous for the art of stone carving, is renowned for its grand scale, exquisite carvings and rich themes. Walking into the Baodingshan stone carving scenic area, the first thing that catches your eye is the famous Guanyin statue with a thousand hands. This Guanyin statue is as high as 8 meters and has thousands of arms, each holding a different magic weapon or treasure in different and lifelike forms, showing the extraordinary carving skills and rich imagination of ancient craftsmen.

After lunch, we will head to the Beishan Rock Carvings to continue our art exploration journey. Located in the northern suburbs of Dazu County, Beishan Rock Carvings are not far from Baodingshan Rock Carvings, but they have very different styles, each with its own unique characteristics. Walking into the Beishan Rock Carving Scenic Spot, you will feel like traveling back to that distant era. There are a large number of stone carvings here, with a wide range of subjects, including Buddhist stories, Taoist gods and goddesses, as well as historical figures and scenes of secular life. In the Beishan stone carvings, it is especially worth mentioning those exquisite Guanyin statues.

First, we stepped onto the Yangtze River Cableway, a heart-pounding journey through the air. As the cable car slowly slides out of the station, the Yangtze River shimmers beneath your feet, and the scenery on both sides of the river unfolds like a scroll.

After getting off the ropeway, you will enter the Eighteen Stairs, which is full of historical flavor. The stone paths here have gone through vicissitudes of life, and each piece of green stone plate records the stories of the past. The small stores along the street are bustling with all kinds of handicrafts and local snacks, and the air is filled with tantalizing aromas.

Afterwards, we will take you to Jiefangbei, one of the commercial centers of Chongqing and a symbol of the city. You can stroll through the busy streets, admire the various stores and billboards, and feel the fashion and vitality of the city.

In the late afternoon, we will take you to the Eling No.2 Factory, a creative park full of artistic and literary flavor. The park retains the industrial look of the old printing factory while incorporating modern design elements to create a unique artistic atmosphere. Then, we will bring you to the scene of the spectacle of the Liziba Light Railway passing through the buildings. This incredible sight is breathtaking as the LRT train slowly passes through the residential buildings.
