Shangri-La
Shangri-La, located in the northern part of China's Yunnan Province, is a place of mystery and untouched beauty. Originally known as Diqing, it was officially renamed Shangri-La County in 2001 because of its mystical and romantic flavour. Shangri-La is one of the closest places to paradise in the world, famous for its high altitude, mysterious Tibetan Buddhist culture, magnificent natural scenery and unique ethnic customs.
Shangri-La's breathtaking natural scenery mainly includes Meili Snow Mountain, Napa Sea and Pudacuo National Park.
