DAY 1 Suzhou

Firstly, we will take you to the Lion Grove, an ancient garden famous for its unique lion-shaped rockery. Feel the atmosphere of the ancient and elegant garden, as if you are in a fine ink painting.

Immediately after, we will go to the Humble Administrator's Garden, which is regarded as one of the "Four Famous Gardens of China" and is a masterpiece of Suzhou's gardens. Strolling in the Humble Administrator's Garden, you will feel an atmosphere of serenity and relaxation, as if you were in an isolated paradise.

Next, you will head to Shantang Street. This ancient street was not only a bustling centre of trade and culture during the Ming and Qing dynasties, but is now known as "the epitome of old Suzhou and a window on Wu culture". Strolling along the street, you will be mesmerised by the water city style buildings on both sides of the street, as if travelling back to that prosperous era. The shops on both sides of the street are bustling with activity, and you can savour the local food and snacks while experiencing the rich historical atmosphere.

Afterwards, we will arrange a unique cruise for you from Shantang Street to the Tiger Hill. This is not only an excellent way to enjoy the scenery of Suzhou's water town, but also an invaluable opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of local life and the flavour of the old city of Suzhou. On board the cruise, you will also be able to enjoy Pingtan, a popular form of music and oral performance in Suzhou, which will add a unique cultural experience to your trip.

DAY 2 Suzhou - Departure

The morning sun shines in Suzhou with its characteristic warmth. After breakfast, your guide and driver will arrive in front of the hotel and lead you into the temple of Suzhou Museum. This museum is a perfect fusion of the elegance of classical gardens and the spirit of modern architecture. You can see many cultural relics and treasures here.

In the afternoon, you will set foot in Tongli Water Town, as if walking into a Chinese ink painting. The river is long, with small bridges and flowing homes, full of ancient charm. Strolling along the green stone path, you will feel the softness and tranquility of Jiangnan Water Town.

At the end of the journey, we will take you back to Suzhou.
